Reservations
Due to the popularity of our spa we highly recommend making your spa reservations at least two weeks, more during the summer and holidays, prior to your arrival.  We take spa reservations as far as one year out and you are welcome to make your spa reservations when you book your stay in the area.  All reservations need to be guaranteed against a credit card or gift card number. (See Cancellation)

Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be purchased at The Spa, Resort Office, or by telephone for any dollar amount, and never expires.

Spa Attire
A robe and slippers will be provided to you upon arrival at the spa when you are having spa treatments and by request if you are having only nail treatments.  You will be assigned a locker to store your personal items.  We encourage you to leave any valuables behind, as locker space is limited.

Sauna
The use of the Sauna is complimentary with a spa treatment to all of our guests at least 18 years old.  Oak Haven Resort guests who would like to use the sauna but are not receiving spa treatments may do so for an access fee of $35.  Reservation for sauna is required and is subject to availability and blackout days.

Arrival Time
Please arrive at the spa at least 20-30 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment.  This will enable you to have plenty of time to enjoy your entire spa experience.  We encourage you to arrive in time to shower or use the sauna before your spa treatments to begin your relaxation.  We understand our guest’s time is valuable and endeavor to begin each treatment at the scheduled time.  Therefore all treatments are ended on time even for late arrivals and the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the treatment reserved.

Cancellation
If you must cancel, we would be happy to reschedule to a more convenient time.  However, if this is not possible a 24 hour cancellation notice is required for treatments scheduled Monday thru Thursday and a 48 hour notice is required for Fridays and Saturdays.  Failure to comply will result in full charge of the treatments booked to the credit card or gift card on file.

Gratuities
Gratuities will not be included in the cost of your spa treatments but are always appreciated. It is customary to tip 18-20% of the cost of the service you received. For your convenience you can leave gratuities upon checkout in provided tip envelopes or charged on your credit/debit card.

Spa Etiquette
The spa is a haven of relaxation and sereneness.  To provide all of our guests the ultimate spa experience we ask that cell phones be left in your car, purse, or locker on silent, not vibrate. Please keep voices down inside the relaxation area and quiet room as others are enjoying their treatments.  Only those receiving spa treatments will be permitted inside the relaxation area.

Health Concerns
Kindly alert our staff of any health concerns you may have when making your spa reservations.  Some of our treatments may not be appropriate if you have certain health conditions.  We will be happy to answer any questions you have and recommend treatments suited to your needs.

Children
Although, we love children and have our own at home, we recognize that our clients come here to relax and escape their daily lives for a brief period of time. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments under the following guidelines:

+ Remember that at The Spa relaxation is in progress so it is a Quiet Zone for voices, cell phones, etc.
+ Due to our limited space and seating no one can accompany you to The Spa if they are not also receiving spa treatments; even if they are in compliance with the age policies.
+ Anyone under the age of 18 is required to have a parent or guardian sign our consent form and accompany them to The Spa. The adult must also be receiving the same type of treatments as the child. No child can be unattended at any time.
+ Massage and Body Treatments:  Teens aged 16 and up are welcome to enjoy these services when accompanied by an adult who will be receiving treatments in our side by side room. (additional charges may apply) No children under the age of 16 are eligible for Massage or Body Treatments.
+ Skin Care Treatments:  Most of our Skin Care Treatments are fine for ages 15 and up. Please feel free to ask for recommendations when making your reservation. No children under 15 are eligible for Skin Care Treatments.
+ Nail Treatments:  An adult must accompany and be receiving Nail Treatments with any child under the age of 16. No children under the age of 5 are eligible for Nail Treatments.
+ Hair Removal Treatments:  Children 15 and up are welcome to enjoy facial waxing only. Body waxing is available for 18 and up only.
