• Groups must be no less than 4 and no more than 10 to receive group discount. (For groups larger than 10 please call for information.)
• Group reservations must be made with at least 15 days notice to receive group discount. Groups within 15 days of reservation date are subject to regular pricing or discounts such as Spa Bucks.
• Reservations required; subject to availability.
• No other discounts including spa bucks, member, or owner discounts will apply.
• Non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is due upon booking. Remaining balance will be charged to card on file 5 days prior to date of spa treatments.
• Cancellation within 5 days or no-show of any person in the group will result in forfeiture of entire payment and no refund will be given.
• No change of chosen treatments listed in contract within 5 days of date of spa treatments. Change in treatments at any time is subject to availability.
• No substitutions of treatments from above lists.
• Any enhancements, treatment upgrades, gratuity, or products can be paid individually on date of spa treatments.
• All age restriction policies found under How to Spa must be strictly adhered to.
